How many days in advance do I need to place my 'Party P' order?
Orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance by 12PM.
你們選用哪間快遞公司？
我們會因應您對送貨時效的需求選用相應的快遞公司。我們主要選用Lalamove和Gogovan，您亦可於營業時間光臨中環IFC分店自取。
The shipping fee should paid by the customer.
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee is varied from $60-100, depending on the courier service you choose and the shipping location.
我能定制「Party P」派對燒乳豬嗎？
Yes, we try our best to fulfill your design, but the order should be placed a few days earlier so we have time to look for decorations to give new life to your own suckling pig.
定制會如何收費？
定制費介乎HK$10-HK$80，視乎您的設計需求而定。

如我未收到包裹可以怎樣做？
Our packages typically arrive in 2-4 business days from the time you place your order. If it's been longer than 10 business days since the time of your order, please contact goodbbq.hk@gmail.com and we will take care of this for you right away.
