How many days in advance do I need to place my 'Party P' order?
Orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance by 12PM.
What shipping courier service do you use?
We also use various couriers depending on how time-sensitive your order is. Our main courier services are Lalamove and Gogovan. You can also come to IFC central shop to pick it up during opening hours.
The shipping fee should paid by the customer.
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee is varied from $60-100, depending on the courier service you choose and the shipping location.
Can I customize the 'Party P'?
Yes, we try our best to fulfill your design, but the order should be placed a few days earlier so we have time to look for decorations to give new life to your own suckling pig.
How does it charge for customization?
It varies from HK$10-80, depending on the design you requested.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally ?
We are so sorry to say we currently do not ship internationally. We only ship in Hong Kong. / Overseas clients are welcome at Good BBQ. We have had many happy clients from abroad.
What do I do if I haven't received my package?
Our packages typically arrive in 2-4 business days from the time you place your order. If it's been longer than 10 business days since the time of your order, please contact goodbbq.hk@gmail.com and we will take care of this for you right away.

How do I cancel my order? / Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact goodbbq.hk@gmail.com and we can help you. / Once the order is made, you cannot cancel your order.
